We are in the peak of the holiday season. We all love the beautiful energy of this time of year but it can also be a little overwhelming. Most of us can get stressed with everything that needs to be done; the shopping, the decorating, the parties. It’s also the season of excess; too much food, too much drink and not enough sleep.
